  1. What is IMove?

     

    IMove is a social fitness application with a gamified concept based on rewards. 

    Users can join an unlimited number of fun challenges, choose their health goals, receive content, join a social community and get rewarded! Users can access a variety of challenges in Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness to stay Active, Eat healthier and Feel well!

  2. What is the Value of Monthly Rewards?
     

    Winners will be rewarded with a prize pool of Rp145.020.000 in prizes and vouchers including free data bundles of 600 GB! Achieve your goal and claim your reward! 

    Rewards are split as follows:

    2.1 Welcome Cashback: First 3.000 users who subscribe to IMove services and register on the app receive a Rp30.000 welcome cashback in their Step Wallet.

    2.2 Gold Prizes: 2 Fine gold

    Step Challenge: Subscribed users must complete 5K steps daily. Each successful day counts as an entry into the draw for a chance to win fine gold.

  3. What are the Terms and Conditions for the WALK More, CASHBACK Higher campaign?


    - Users can participate in 6 different challenges in Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness.
    - Some challenges are free to join, while others referred to as PRO, are exclusive to subscribers.
    - Qualified winners must be subscribed to the service and pay the forfeiture cost of the subscription (daily, weekly, or monthly) to be eligible for the prize.
    - A representative from IMove will contact winners by emails.
    - Winners need to share a valid Identity card + photo + family card (Kartu Keluarga) + email address under the winners name.
    - 10 g Fine Gold prizes cannot be substituted to cash prizes.
    - Winners cannot choose the type of the fine gold and are not allowed to demand the IMove team to substitute it for another fine gold.
    - The rewards are only valid during the Challenge Period.
    - If the winner cannot take the prize by a certain time limit then the prize is considered forfeited.
    - IMove reserves the right to withhold and / or cancel campaigns to Users if abusive, fraudulent and / or other suspicious activities are found on the User's account.

  6. How to play?

     

    Users can have access to a variety of features on the IMove app:

    6.1 Step wallet (Android users)

    Users can track their daily steps, accumulate a virtual currency of IM Coins, and cash out in real time using the IMKAS app. Users need to open the app every day to validate their steps and earn IM coins. Details of IM earning per range of steps and cut-offs can be found in the app. Cash outs are securely done through the IMKAS app.

    Users can increase their daily earnings by subscribing to the Step BOOST feature through play store billing, available for any mobile user in Indonesia. Subscribers to Step BOOST enjoy faster cashout and can join PRO challenges and benefit from exclusive store rewards

    6.2 Health plans

    IMove app offers a library of content and programs in Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness. users can get the support they need to adopt a healthier lifestyle with our easy-to-follow, daily content plans. Users can Join any of our programs at any time. 

    6.3 What challenges users can join?

    Every month, users can join a range of new challenges with the aim of achieving goals and being rewarded. Challenges come with different prize pools, including cash rewards, vouchers from brands and data bundles. Challenges have different goals (daily or weekly). 

    For each daily or weekly goal completed, users earn trophy points, which can be redeemed in the store for various rewards.

    Examples of challenges include:

     

    Each challenge has a social community where coaches and participants can interact with each other. Coaches provide daily content related to the challenge theme, such as healthy recipes, fitness videos, mindfulness videos, motivational tips and more. Participants can share their progress to motivate and challenge each other.

    6.4 How to earn trophy points?

    Stay active, share your activity with the community and start collecting  bonus points. 

    Here's the number of trophy points you can get by performing certain actions:

    6.5 Store rewards

    Users can redeem their trophy points with rewards in the store, rewards include Free data bundles, Shopping vouchers, Free consultation with a dietician, Free meal plan, Recipes plan, etc. 

    6.6 Invite Friends, Get Cash

    Users will receive Rp500 for every friend they invite who joins IMove. More friends mean more cash! 

    A successful invitation occurs when a new user downloads the IMove app using your link and creates an account with a new mobile number, email address, or Google profile. Remember, each successful invitation must come from a unique user who hasn't registered with IMove before.

    • Steps activity challenges:  Users need to reach a certain amount of steps for a fixed number of days, e.g. 5K steps a day.

    • Fitness challenges: such as cardio fun, running challenges, etc.

    • Nutrition challenges: such as weight loss, hydration and healthy eating challenges.

    • Wellness challenges: such as meditation, sleep better, gratitude attitude and self care.

    • Register + post a profile photo : 20 points

    • Join a plan : 25 points

    • Join a challenge : 25 points

    • Daily goal/challenge goal: Consult the terms of each challenge, to see the daily/weekly trophy earnings.

    • Successfully renewed subscription:

      • Daily Package: 25 points/day

      • Weekly Package: 25 points/week

      • Monthly Package: 250 points/month

         

  7. Who is eligible for the Prizes? 

     

    All Tri and Indosat internet users who are Indonesian citizens and subscribe to the IMove app by agreeing to pay the subscription fees renewable on daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the subscription package the user has opted in.

  8. Claiming Challenges Rewards

     

    The IMove app hosts challenges offering specific prizes distributed directly to winners. Additionally, participants can accumulate trophy points by achieving daily and weekly goals across all challenges. Detailed information on each challenge and its rewards can be found within the app's challenge descriptions. Below are the procedures for winners to claim their rewards:

    8.1 Direct Reward Challenges: Challenges with designated prizes require winners to have their activities validated. IMove representatives will contact winners via email to detail the steps for prize collection.

    8.2 Trophy Points Redemption: By completing daily or weekly goals, users earn trophy points redeemable for various rewards in the store. 

    Data bundles, exclusively available to Indosat and TRI users, require participants to have entered a valid mobile number in the IMove app; the data bundle will be delivered directly to their mobile accounts. Similarly vouchers are emailed directly to winners upon redemption.

  9. What is the validity of data rewards?

    Data rewards 4GB and below have a validity period of 14 Days.

    Data rewards from 4GB and above have a validity period of 30 days.

    Tri users can check the data received on BIMA+ App.

    Indosat users can check the data received on MyIM3 app or dial *123*758#

  10. Who cannot participate in service and win prizes? 

    All Indosat Hutchison personnel, trainees, direct relatives, all company employees who work with Indosat for campaigns, VIPs, Judges, and members of the Regulatory Committee Authority.

  11. How does IMove track my steps?

    IMove will sync your steps from Google Fit and IOS Health Kit. It's easy and friendly. Android users need to have access to their Google Account and allow permission access to retrieve step data into the app. 

  12. Can participants get disqualified?

    Participants registering multiple accounts on the same device is not allowed according to IMove policies. If this occurs, the user's accounts will be suspended and they will be disqualified from the challenge, without a refund of their subscription. 

  13. How do I unsubscribe from a subscription package? (for Tri users)

  14. How do I unsubscribe from a subscription package? (for Indosat users)
